SOCCER READY




 The goal of "SOCCER READY" is to prepare you for the outdoor season, which is right around the corner!  

Whether you are transitioning from indoor to outdoor or just dusting off your cleats after a long winter offseason, let's make the most out of the upcoming season and get you READY.  Early preparation = better performance and less aches & pains, stiffness, and time lost to soreness. 

Each session will focus on: 
  • Speed & Agility
  • Change of Direction
  • Strength & Power
  • Fitness
  • Flexibility
Come to some or come to all!
  • April 2, 7, 16, & 23 (no session week of April 28)
  • May 7 & 14
  • $12 per session (gym members & non-members)
  • 8 - 9 pm
  • 18 years +
  • Location:  Indoor @ Progression West, 2625 Highway 14 W, Suite HIJ Rochester, MN 55901
  • Athletic clothing & running/cross training shoes (no cleats)
  • Bring a soccer ball

Sessions led by Jenny Noiles, Sports Performance Coach, CSCS.  Jenny has worked with soccer teams & individual players at the youth, high school, collegiate, professional, and Olympic level. Jenny is a soccer player herself and brings that additional knowledge to her sessions.
